The price is for a set of 2 chairs after complete carpentry and upholstery renovation.
The set shown in the photos was thoroughly cleaned and painted with a water-based stain in a Belgian chocolate shade and lightly rubbed. The entire set was finished with a natural oil-wax finish, which gave the chairs a pleasant smoothness to the touch and a matt, discreet sheen.
The old sponges have been removed and replaced with coconut mat and oat. Out of concern for the environment and to preserve the original slim shape of the chairs, upholstery foams were deliberately not used.
Natural upholstery material
The genuine linen-cotton fabric (proportions 35%-65%) of Polish production is digitally printed. This reduces the use of water and the dyes used meet the requirements of the Oeko-Tex 100 first class certificate. They are safe not only for the environment and adults, but also for children under the age of 3. They do not cause allergic reactions and are resistant to saliva and sweat.
The fabric weight is 410+/-33 g/m2.
Large, plant-animal pattern of upholstery fabric
MRS WEASEL is our original project, not available from anyone else.
The background of the fabric is black. The light beige shade is the natural – unprinted color of the material.
Different but consistent
Thanks to the use of upholstery material with a large and varied pattern, a different scene plays out on each chair. Just look at the scampering weasels! They climb up the seat, climb on the backrests and... look on the other side of the chair!
Details
New brass screws were used to bolt the backrest in place.

Ecological furniture renovation
The Skoczki chairs have been refurbished in an ecological (traditional) way using primarily natural materials. Traditional upholstering of furniture is much more labour intensive and more expensive, but it allows:
- use of health-neutral materials;
- ensuring lbetter breathability of the seatl;
- the use of materials that do not emit harmful substances;
- the use of materials with low consumption of energy and other environmental resources;
- reducing landfill waste;
- preserving the original, graceful shape of the furniture.
